우리나라 땅을 경제개념으로 계산되었던 시기가 70년대 후반입니다 약40년 뿐이 안됩니다
우리나라 경제개념의 역사는 70년 중반부터 시작되었다고 생각합니다.

짧은 40년동안 자동차 생산, 조선, 화학 ,건축,반도체 ,핸드폰등 만들어 팔며 국민개인당 수입이 3만불 가까운 수준이 되었다는 수치가 나옵니다
이 3만불은 아파트 OECD 평균 아파트 분양가격의 90ㅡ110%수준으로 평가 됩니다

이러한 수치는 대기업이나 금융 공사직등 일부 20%의 국민들에 해당하는 내용이고 일반국민 80%는 아직 까지 OECD 평균 땅가격이 17ㅡ25%수준 처럼 낮은 경제적인 삶을 살고 있고 선진 시민의식도 선진국에 비교하여 17ㅡ25%수준 뿐이 안되어 있다고 생각합니다.

이정도 낮은 경제생활과 의식 수준에 맞추어 시간급과 복지를 구상하며 단계별로 진행이 필요 할듯합니다.
